REFUND & RETURND POLICY
Returns & Cancellations
AtEquines Meds, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate the return process, please contact us at sales@equinesmeds.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a valid RMA. Our team will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and efficient return experience.
All returned items must be in their original, undamaged, and resalable condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. Please be aware that, due to safety and regulatory reasons, vaccines, temperature-sensitive (iced) items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
Shipping charges, including both initial and return costs, are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part. If your return causes the final invoice amount to fall below the $450 minimum required for free shipping, standard shipping fees will be applied to your order. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging when sending items back. Please note that Equimeds cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by emailing sales@equinesmeds.com as soon as possible. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders. While we make every effort to process cancellation requests promptly, please understand that email cancellations are not guaranteed to be completed before your order is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Refused or unclaimed packages will be refunded, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, once the items have been received and inspected by our team. To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be in acceptable, resalable condition. Please note that, due to regulatory and safety requirements, vaccines and prescription items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@equinesmeds.com . Kindly retain all original packaging materials until you receive further instructions from our team. We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently to ensure your complete satisfaction.
